“Bioquest Series” Friday Camps (8:30am-3:30pm)
Bioquest 1: Invasive Plant Management

Calling All Budding Biologists!

Do you have a young plant lover who’s curious about the world around them? Get ready to dig in and get growing with us for a 5-session adventure into the wild world of invasive plants!

Campers will discover which plants are causing trouble, uncover the ways invasive species can impact our environment, and investigate what real scientists are doing to manage them. Using the Future Problem Solvers 6-step process, campers will become environmental detectives, asking questions, uncovering problems, brainstorming creative solutions, and putting their problem-solving skills to the test!

Explore. Investigate. Problem-solve. Protect!

• They will learn:
  • • Outdoor skills
    • Forge connections with the natural world
    • Discover true adventure on the banks of the Arkansas at our River Campus!
