Bioquest 3: Raptor Rehabilitation & Conservation

Calling All Raptor Rangers! 

Got a passion for birds of prey? Get ready to soar into the world of raptor rehabilitation with this exciting 5-session camp!

Each week, campers will visit our Raptor Center to meet a new Raptor Ambassador, discover amazing facts about their species, and learn about the conservation efforts that have helped protect these powerful birds. Along the way, campers will get an up-close look at the different stages of the raptor rehabilitation process and discover what it takes to help injured and orphaned birds return to the wild.

Using the Future Problem Solvers 6-step process, campers will spread their wings as critical thinkers and conservation problem-solvers, tackling real-world challenges and exploring creative ways to protect our feathered friends!

  5 Friday Sessions:

• Session 5: Friday April 30, 2027

What does the price include?

-5 fun-filled Fridays of all outdoor activities

Please note: There are other animals that we may encounter at the Raptor Center (both deceased and living). Birds of Prey are carnivores and eat meat. While at the Raptor Center your student will complete a series of stewardship projects throughout the week that will include caring for, feeding and understanding how a raptor rehabilitation center works.

Partial Scholarships available, just follow the registration directions and check the $50 Scholarship Deposit then go to this link and fill out the Scholarship application.

Step 2:

Please be sure that you have received our confirmation email. This email will contain all of your registration details.  Remember to check your “junk” folder because some email providers will try to place it there.

 Camp Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 30-15 days before the first day of the camp will be fully refundable minus a $10.00 deposit. Cancellations made within 14-7 days before the camp start date will forfeit 50% of the total cost of camp. We are sorry, but we cannot give any refund when there is a cancellation 0-7 days before the camp start date. Thank you for your understanding of our cancellation policies.
