Camp W.I.L.D.(Wilderness, Inspired, Learning & Discovery) Overnight Camp
Camping at the Pueblo Mountain Park in Beulah Colorado
Campers entering 6-9 grade: New this year! This camp is an immersive outdoor experience for campers ready to deepen their skills and connection to the natural world. Through hands-on instruction, campers will learn:
Essential camping skills- Practice orienteering and navigation
- Explore the art of tracking
- Develop focus and confidence through Archery In partnership with Colorado Parks and Wildlife.Beyond technical skills, Camp W.I.L.D. emphasizes responsibility and respect for the outdoors, culminating in a meaningful stewardship project that allows campers to give back to the land they explore. Designed to inspire curiosity, independence, and teamwork, this camp empowers young adventurers to learn, discover, and thrive in the
wilderness.
Schedule for the week: This camp is an overnight experience. Please review the schedule to see what the week will look like:
-Day 1 Monday: Drop off at 8-8:30am Travel to Mountain Campus in Beulah for overnight, Camping 101, Bear country, Team Building, Campfire Safety
–Day 2 Tuesday: Hiking, Tracking and Orienteering
-Day 3 Wednesday: Pick up at 4pm Travel to Lake Pueblo State Park to complete archery skills and back to river campus for a stewardship project. Camper’s Depart at 4pm- What does the price include?

-Overnight Camp experience (Will provide tent and sleeping bag if needed)
-Transportation from Pueblo to Beulah
-NWDC Camp Swag
-We provide tents, sleeping bags, flashlights, and more. You’ll only need to pack a few personal items, check the packing list for details.

Please Note: Overnight tent camping is not typically allowed in Pueblo Mountain Park. This special overnight experience is made possible with special permission to camp in the park.
Partial Scholarships available, just follow the registration directions and check the $50 Scholarship Deposit then go to this link and fill out the Scholarship application. APPLICATION DEADLINE Monday June 1, 2026!

Step 2: Please be sure that you have received our confirmation email. This email will contain all of your registration details. Remember to check your “junk” folder because some email providers will try to place it there.
Summer Camp Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 30-15 days before the first day of the camp will be fully refundable minus a $10.00 deposit. Cancellations made within 14-7 days before the camp start date will forfeit 50% of the total cost of camp. We are sorry, but we cannot give any refund when there is a cancellation 0-7 days before the camp start date. Thank you for your understanding of our cancellation policies.
