Welcome South Park 5th Grade!!
Earth Studies Overnight: Arriving May 29 Leaving May 30

Please note that this registration link is for students, teachers and designated chaperones of the 5th Grade Earth Studies Overnight Trip.
Please make sure every participant staying overnight registers so we know how many beds to set up, dietary restrictions etc.

Please note registration CLOSES Monday May 20, 2024 at 4PM!

Earth Studies overnights take our Nature education labs to the next level! Including a longer session, evening campfire program and a low element team building challenge course!

Day 1 (May 29) will being promptly when the bus arrives between 9-9:30am. Please make sure that students bring their own sack lunch for the first day, as NWDC will not be providing a lunch at that time. All other meals will be served in Arthur’s Kitchen at the Horseshoe Lodge.

Please remember that this is an overnight and so your student will need to pack extra on top of what we would normally recommend for a day at NWDC.

After registration you will receive an additional email with an attached schedule letter and checklist 30 days before your scheduled trip with us, please notify NWDC at programs@hikeandlearn.org if you did not receive the attachments by May 1.
