Fran BrodinFran Brodin, BA, CAC II, is an Anxiety Relief Coach with 30 years of experience in helping those with panic attacks, chronic pain, insomnia, anger, overwhelm, fear, depression, and a wide range of stress-related disorders and residual trauma. She is certified in biofeedback, HeartMath, cognitive behavioral therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, neuro-linguistic therapy, Brain Gym and reiki. Fran integrates her eclectic background and experience with her heart-aligned intuition in a combined approach she calls HART: Heart Awareness & Resiliency Training.

The primary focus – critical to successful therapy and coaching – is helping clients recognize the importance of the breath in enhancing the heart’s function as an energy modulator. As heart rhythms smooth out, the body’s entire biological/energetic system synchronizes to that smooth rhythm, making it easy to cultivate feelings of gratitude, calmness and bliss. In order to deepen this response, even under stress, clients learn to focus their mind upon the Triple “A” Model to Awakening: Awareness, Acceptance and Action.
