We purchase coffee served at our meals and offered for our overnight guests from Pueblo&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/solarroast.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Solar Roast Coffee Company.<\/a>\u00a0 We appreciate Solar Roast&#8217;s commitment to quality and how they use the power of the sun to roast organic coffee beans. They created a custom blend of coffee for Mountain Park called &#8221; Good Morning Mountain&#8221; that is bold and warming.
